📅 Welcome to the MOST chaotic property-manager day ever.
Today had EVERYTHING — and somehow it all happened back-to-back-to-back.
Strap in. This is LONG. This is WILD. And this is exactly what REAL property management looks like.

⚖️ 1. Serving a Summary Ejectment

I start the day at the courthouse trying to serve a Summary Ejectment…
and let’s see if the clerk FINALLY takes my dollar bills this time 😭💀
(Why is this always a thing!?)

👩‍💼 2. Homeowner Meeting: Payout Problems

Next, I meet with a homeowner who’s struggling to receive her rent payout through our new system.
We walk through everything step-by-step to fix it…
I think we got it solved (but only time will tell 😂)

🏚️ 3. Inspecting the Mold-Damaged House (Renovation Reveal)

Now I head to a property that basically tried to FALL APART because of mold and rotted walls/floors.
Full renovation later…
👀 This place is looking WAY better.
No more black mold. No more collapsing walls.
Just a fresh restart.

🚰 4. Checking the Neighboring House With Plumbing Issues

Literal next door, another property was having plumbing problems.
Let’s walk through and see if the repairs actually fixed the mess…
or if we’re about to have another disaster on our hands.

🏃‍♀️ 5. Eviction House #1 — Is She Gone Yet?

Now I head over to a house currently going through eviction.
Did she leave?
Is she still hiding out?
Are we filing next steps?
Let’s find out…

🛑 6. Eviction House #2 — Time for the Writ of Possession?

Then I visit ANOTHER home that’s next in line for eviction.
If they’re still inside…
TODAY we file the Writ of Possession.
No more delays.
Let’s go.

🚗 7. Company Meeting… From the Car 😂

Then I show a little behind-the-scenes of our team meeting while I’m driving.
Because in Property Management… meetings happen EVERYWHERE.
The grind doesn’t stop.

📞 8. Calling the Tenant About Her Writ of Possession…

She calls me.
But when I call back, she says she’s at work and “can’t talk about it right now.”
Then why did you call me!? 😂😭
