Hi in this video i wanted to tell the Youtube Commuity all about Wheat Grass, especially the powder variety. Wheat Grass is beneficial to us in terms of the vitamins and minerals it contains. Things like vitamins A, C and E, also Iron, Magnesium and Calcium with Amino Acids and Antioxidants are some of the things it contains. These are great in restoring depleted energy in the body and combating stress, and also to deal with pains as it can soothe and get rid of pains with constant daily use. It is also good for skin and can reduce and remove wrinkles and acne and skin problems. Also known to reverse gray hair from drinking it daily. These benefits dont just happen over night and you do need to take this constantly before the body stores up enough of it and releases it to get the added benefits. I would say as like other super foods as this is one of them, to at least give it 6 months or less of constant use. I take it myself daily and in the video i show how i take it either hot or cold water with juice and a tea spoon heaped in a glass and stirred. i do recommend you keep the tea spoon handy as sometimes the powder does collect at the bottom of the glass so needs to be constantly stirred while drinking. i have been very pleased with this Cutonic Wheat grass powder and will continue to take it since i started using it since september 2019.
