Chickpeas: Soak a cup of chickpeas overnight, drain them, and boil them until tender. Blend them with half a cup of the cooking water, 3 tablespoons of tahini, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, and a pinch of cumin until creamy. Meat: Cut the meat into cubes and fry it in ghee.
