You didn’t pay rent… now it’s time for the Sheriff to step in.

BUT FIRST…
we have to defeat the one thing more stubborn than the tenant:
👉 THE SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT CASH POLICY.

Yes.
They ONLY take cash.
AND they refuse to break anything over $40.
AND the payment is $30.

So if I walk in with two $20’s?
NOPE.
Denied.
Rejected.
Sent packing like I’m the one getting evicted. 😭😂

Like… how does a Sheriff’s Department NOT have enough smaller bills to break a $20!?
You’re telling me I have to go across the street to a FOOD STORE just to get change so I can PAY THE SHERIFF to evict someone!?

So now the mission is:
✔️ Try again
✔️ See if they turn me away
✔️ Maybe take a field trip across the street for change
✔️ And THEN finally file the Summary Ejectment
