Hi and welcome back to another video on The Garner Collective channel. Well todays video is all about keeping are hands warm in cold temperatures. As you can see and if you dont know, Raynaud's Symptoms is a condition that can effect parts of the body mostly the hands for one. It is mostly due to change in temperatures or exposure to cold weather and cold water. When this happens the hands will suddenly start to feel really numb at the fingertips and it will then spread up the hand turning it yellow and completly numb. I have had this happen myself when riding my bike in cold temperatures where eventually you cant feel the handlebars and have to your carry bike when you get home upstairs mostly with wrists. When home i would be in severe agony where i would just rush to curl up on my bed going ahhhhh as the pain was severe. This pain would last for several minutes and sometimes it can hurt as well when hands eventually started to get warm and regain their natural colour. When eventually the pain went, you are left with red hands on fingers on palm side and could feel a pain but it was not a bother. After trying so many gloves and feeling like i was actually wasting my money i eventually found a pair of gloves which i show in this video that are actually good really good. I expected them not to be, as it felt a bit similiar to the other gloves in the video the Anquier which i have done a video on as well. I really hope this video helps you with your glove buying as these are the gloves that helped me alot. when i get home i am pleased and have a saying i say to myself which is, my hands are still mine, meaning they are normal and free from the usual pains i had before.
