I spoke with about the trouble with the threat that we're facing from Communist China at the moment is they do seem to be at war, at war of the unrestricted kind, at war of the people's kind, at war quite possibly imminently of the kinetic kind. And we persist in not paying attention to it to say nothing of, persist in enabling it.

This is a formula for disaster and we can lose such a war if we persist in it. Let me turn to Colonel Newsom who has written recently about China's war, notably against Japan at the moment.
