Decoding Baofeng T26 Channel/Freq/PL tones

The Baofeng T26 is a slimline FRS/GMRS radio - the freq's are not exactly mapped to standard FRS/GMRS "Channels" and each T26 channel uses a different PL or DCS tone. I used a Baofeng UV-5RM to capture the channel bank freq/pl settings from two different Baofeng T26 radios.
