Here we have Lost Planet Colonies which is a sort of enhanced edition of Lost Planet Extreme Condition. The game was developed by Capcom and released in 2006, It has had 2 sequels one from Capcom and another by Spark Unlimited who are now no more since 2015. In Lost Planet Colonies you play as Wayne who teams up with a group of people to battle the Akrid menace. The Akrid are creatures whos vital areas glow orange and once they are destroyed they leave behind thermal energy thats sustains your life and keeps you warm. Along the way there are many weapons to get, some small some massive and you can also travel in vehicles called Vital Suits. These Suits can be equipped with very big weapons and can fly, dodge and can transform depending on which Vital Suit it is. The game consists of 12 missions and is a very enjoyable 3rd person game to play.
