Both doctors presented their independent findings on the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, concluding that the vaccines were not sufficiently safe or effective to continue use. Dr. McCullough stated that the mRNA vaccine technology originated from a US military program, specifically DARPA, which had been investing in gene-encoded vaccines since 2012 to respond to pandemics within 60 days.
