How To: Raclette Chili
Chili
2 lb 80-20 Ground Beef
2 c Rotel chili style
1 c diced tomatoes
1 red onion diced
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
2 pcks chili seasoning
Brown and drain beef
add all ingredients
bring to boil / reduce and simmer 1 to 2 hours
Plate or bowl and scrape melted Raclette Cheese on top
Serve with crackers, cornbread etc
