Today we're doing yoga for beginners at home: gentle stretching, opening the chest, back, and hips, plus relaxation.
I'm just starting out in yoga and am sharing my practice. I don't claim to be a pro, so some poses here may be simplified.
Suitable if you want to:
— relieve tension in your back and lower back
— gently stretch your hips and the backs of your legs
— improve flexibility and posture
— relax and unwind from the day.
