RITUAL — A Practice to Feel the Collective Shift Within You
Find a comfortable seat.
Place both hands gently on your lower ribs.

Close your eyes
and take one slow inhale…
one slow exhale.

Now ask softly:

“What part of me is changing?”
Not why.
Not how.
Just where.

Feel into the subtle movement inside you —
the quiet expansion,
the numinous pull toward authenticity,
the Serene desire for alignment.

You are not imagining this.
You are tuning into the collective transition —
your personal thread in humanity’s awakening.

Let the breath move gently through your chest,
your ribs,
your spine.

Let yourself feel the Sublime coherence rising within you.

This is the shift —
alive inside your body.
