“Honestly , idk where she got the name from. However, after searching it..I ran into the book/movie and ABC article 😵‍💫
It compares modern false prophets to the ‘psychics’ from the book/movie “The Men Who Stare at Goats”, who claimed supernatural powers but were proven to be fake.
So sounds like the phrase is just a way of saying these prophets are pretending.

I will try to find the link to the West pointe Video, but I believe she recently deleted her channel/videos due to safety concerns from exposing these hidden crumbs. The book is available and that is what she discusses.
