Events themselves are neutral—our thoughts, beliefs, and emotional reactions give them meaning. Two people can face the same situation but experience it entirely differently based on their mindset. By becoming aware of our judgments and choosing how we perceive challenges, we gain control over our emotional state. Peace comes not from changing the world, but from changing how we see and engage with it.
