He Moved Out Early AND Changed the Locks… Now We Finally Get In 😅🏡

🏡🔑 Today’s PM adventure starts with a LOCKOUT…
This tenant moved out early and decided to change the locks —
which means yesterday I couldn’t even get into the property.

But guess what?
He left a key behind.
So TODAY… we finally get to see what the place looks like. 😂

PM Life is basically:
👉 “Will the key work?”
👉 “Will the door open?”
👉 “Will the house be clean… or a disaster?”
👉 “And what surprise am I walking into today?”

Before that, I’m giving a quick overview of everything else on my plate today,
because Property Management is NEVER just one task —
it’s 12 tasks happening at once.

But now it’s time for the main event:
The Early Move-Out Inspection.

Today’s questions:
✔️ Did he leave it clean?
✔️ Did he leave it destroyed?
✔️ Is the security deposit safe or GONE?
✔️ And WHY did he change the locks if he was going to leave a key anyway?! 😂
