THE MOST ANNOYING PROPERTY I’VE EVER TAKEN OVER 😭🔑💀

🔑 This might be the MOST annoying property I’ve ever inherited.
And trust me — that’s saying something. 😭🤣

The tenant has ALL the keys.
EVERY single one.
And for WEEKS… she hasn’t given me ANY access to the property.

Meanwhile:
👉 She claims she no longer lives there
👉 She refuses to leave a key in the lockbox
👉 Communication is nonexistent
👉 Every promise she makes goes unfulfilled
👉 And this home is just SITTING — unable to rent, unable to prep

This is the kind of nightmare you inherit when you take over a mismanaged property.

So today…
I’m heading back out to the house in hopes she finally left a key behind.
If not?
🔨 Next step: DRILL OUT THE LOCKS and take control of the property like we should have weeks ago.

Property management is part strategy…
part patience…
and part “please don’t make me break out the power tools.” 😅

Let’s go see if she finally did the right thing…
or if we’re about to get into lock-removal mode.
