Eugenics Law of 2015

In 2015, the U.S. Congress introduced legislation called the Treatment of Certain Payments in Eugenics Compensation Act. It wasn’t a new “eugenics law” in the sense of promoting eugenics, but rather a measure to protect victims of past eugenics programs.
