Is Eminent Domain In Our Constitution?

Is it time to challenge Eminent Domain? Have judges in the past interpreted it incorrectly? Should we rethink it? Do we really need it? Politicians and Government benefit from it and become more powerful because of it. It is not needed to create benefits for public use as much as it is still needed to benefit politicians and big business.
