1079 2 Tim.2.22-3.12 False Teaching and Its Destructive Fruit

False teachers are exposed by their fruit: they injure and divide rather than nourish. Paul urges Timothy to flee youthful passions and speculative controversies, pursuing righteousness, faith, love and peace. Some hold only a form of godliness without transformed living, targeting the vulnerable and promoting self, money and pleasure instead of God. Like Jannes and Jambres, they oppose truth and their folly will become obvious. True freedom and life come only through Christ and His gospel.
