Garden Update: Hard Frost Hits! (What Survived?)

Welcome back to the garden! We finally have some sunshine after a week of lashing rain and freezing frost (down to -4C!). I'm taking you on a late November walk-around to assess the damage and see what plants survived the cold snap.

We look at the veggie patch (leeks and carrots are fine!), assess the winter salads (Mizuna, radish, lettuce), and discover that the marigolds and dahlias are completely gone and need clearing. We also spot some early spring growth, including daffodils, bluebells, and primroses, which is an unexpected surprise for November!
