Weight Loss Update – Daily Documentation Statement (Polished Version)

I’m starting a fruits-and-vegetables-only diet because my body has not been responding normally to weight loss.
Despite walking 6–8 miles every day, tracking my health, and trying multiple diets, I have remained at 220 pounds — the same weight I was a month ago when I began this journey.

Since June 14th, 2025, I’ve committed to improving my health. I’ve tried alkaline, vegan, and other clean eating methods while recording the process. But my physiology still isn’t responding the way it should. I’m dealing with symptoms like fluid retention, slowed circulation, and difficulty losing weight — issues completely inconsistent with my activity level and diet.

Because of everything I’ve experienced over the years — the harassment, the interference, and the pressure from institutions and individuals who’ve targeted me — I’m documenting everything publicly now.
This system was never designed for people like me to prosper. It was built to break the target, not let them grow into who they’re meant to be.

But I’m not stopping.
I’m not backing down.
I’m going to keep exposing every pattern, every setback, and every strange change in my body. I’m continuing to walk, continuing to track, continuing to film, continuing to survive.

And today, I’m returning to a vegan diet — not because I expect miracles, but because I’m committed to doing what I can for my health while I gather evidence and continue my documentation.

This journey is ongoing.
This documentation is intentional.
And this fight is far from over.
