How I set up temporary defenses at Red Rocket

While I'm at it, I will show you how I use the resource duplication glitch.
The trick here is to not overdo it since the quantity of each items in this game has a limit, the limit of 65 thousand, any more than that and it will reset back to 1.

I always stop at around 5 thousand.

While you can just play the game in a normal way by looting everything that you can carry during your adventures, the legitimate method is actually more time consuming than using the glitch.

I should know, how else did I clocked in at over 5000 hours in this game?

This is simply a how to for building a temporary setup to defend a base that you gained if you're currently too busy doing quests or want to get on with the main story of the game. Any fine adjustments or improvements can be done later whenever you feel like doing it but I just suggest placing simplified turret towers around the corners of the base in a rhombus array at each point instead of a flat square so that at least 3 turrets can focus their attacks at any direction the enemy is attacking from.

A reminder that defensive turrets are more effective if they are placed on a high platform.

This is merely a suggestion for any newcomers that is starting out and playing this game for the first time. Naturally, feel free to play in any way that you prefer.
