Welcome to Vein, the only zombie survival game where your bloodstream is the entire open world—and it’s somehow just as dangerous as the real apocalypse. A mysterious infection has turned ordinary cells into shambling bio-zombies, and they’re multiplying faster than you can say “maybe I should’ve washed my hands.”

You’ll scavenge the microscopic wasteland for resources, loot anything that isn’t nailed down (and some things that definitely are), and build a base sturdy enough to survive hordes of cell-eating creeps. Upgrade your defenses, craft weird science gadgets, and pray your antibody neighbors don’t quit their jobs mid-attack.
