Iryna Zarutska’s Law Goes into Effect- No more cashless bail for violent repeat criminals

#IrynasLaw goes into effect today saying judges are no longer allowed to let violent offenders out on cashless bail. Hopefully this will stop some of the tragedy that has been happening lately with people who have multiple violent convictions let back out onto the street to commit more crimes. The crime against #IrynaZarutska Was a crime against humanity and completely preventable.
