On August 19, Baby Josie’s parents took her to the doctor for her four-month-old well visit, where she received a slew of vaccines.

Two days later, she didn’t wake up from her afternoon nap.

“Her 11 pound little body could not take all of that at one time.”

“Losing her just put a void in us that I don't know that we'll ever recover from.”
