Unknown Lights Filmed over Chicago

The first video is coming from Chicago, recorded from a high building overlooking the ocean, when this family noticed strange lights and started filming, completely confused by what they were seeing.

What is this?

Light enough to see - Light enough.

There goes another airplane flying over top.

This is definitely what we saw yesterday.

I wasn't expecting to see anything this soon.
