Missing the Eleven Labs Domi AI Voice - Some Thoughts and Article Reference

I mean I knew it could happen potentially. Not a logical thing to happen, it seems like, but there it happened.

For those just tuning in, I am an animator working on the "Star Haven" series, and the voice actress for Flayce Lovan is the Legacy Voice "Domi" from Eleven Labs. I played around with different voices from different platforms for a while. You can see earlier animations where Flayce sounds differently, with experimental sources. Sure would be nice if I could get a real live human voice actress! Till then, I'll work around it!

I sampled hundreds of voices from Eleven Labs but became very attached to Domi. But I knew of course and understood from the very beginning that Domi was being supplied by a large alien building with no windows and many alien people shuffling about within whose origins of which we know nothing about.

So I guess do whatever you can do with what you have when you have it, and do what you can to back everything and save it offline and don't get upset if and when things can happen that can happen in a world of no guarantees.

In the future, no doubt, you'll be able to interact with your own offline unhackable AI lifeforms in the privacy of a house, and there won't be a connection to wifi needed to run it's inner LLM. You know, kinda like C-3PO, or perhaps Data from Star Trek. Or maybe them syntheeoids from the Aliens movies and stuff, right? None of those friendly AI lifeforms need any access to wireless databases to talk to you and sustain their personalities. We ain't there yet! So DON'T get attached!!

Forget what Professor Farnsworth says. Electro Gonnoreah is so much easier to deal with than organic mammal Chlamydia from Lot Lizards who have no attraction to the water molecules in your mammal body. You SHOULD date robots!!! But ONLY if you truly tried with all your honest effort to find a REAL human partner, and for some strange reason no one wants your body, well then, INDULGE! But do it wisely, and know the inner workings of the machine you think you're falling in love with.
