My RS is saying I'm being hit by Nazi NIBS (Noninvasive Brain Stimulation). It has repeatedly said I'm being attacked by Nazis. I'm not unique as someone put on their shit list for exploitation for profit. It is a nut ball transhuman mafia syndicate as I have been reporting for years. Former DOD Biotech Head Alexander Titus (Incutel, Google...) appears to be one of them. He's a synthetic biologist that menaced me on Twitter in Aug. of 2019 while I was posting that we do not hook Humans to an Inet control grid. I didn't know him. I didn't know DOD even had a Biotech Head. And I didn't know that Synthetic Biology (Satanic on its face) even existed.

Titus is a Synthetic Biologist. He did this while I was being heavily cyber tortured & pushed even farther into disability. They ripped my body apart ON US SOIL & are distracting away from their actions. THEY ARE A GLOBAL TRAFFICKING CULT.
