Hold On!

In this sermon, Pastor Tim Gray uses the story from Ezra of the Israelites returning from Babylonian exile to teach about holding onto God's word amid opposition. The Israelites initially rebuilt the altar and worshiped "in accordance with what is written," but stopped when threatened by opposition. Pastor Gray challenges us to choose whether we'll focus on God's timeless truth or the world's distractions while we patiently wait for Christ's return, loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and loving our neighbors as ourselves.
