Maduro has refused the demands of the US to resign, just like what happened in Iraq with saddam refusing to step down when bush gave him 48 hours.

Carpet bombings, Ariel bombardments, entire cities and towns reduced to rubble and of course millions of Venezuelan refugees that will naturally flock to America and the western world.
