Target Chase! Suspect Attempts to Run from Police in Shopping Center

A suspect who demanded money from a Waffle House was later tracked down by an officer at Target, and attempted to flee the policeman, but to no avail. The suspect was charged with Felony Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony, Simple Battery, and even had an active warrant out for his arrest.
