Where's the plan for laid off auto workers?

When GM announced the CAMI shutdown and laid off 1,200 workers, Melanie Joly demanded a "full update" within 15 days and promised transparency and clarity.

That was 39 days ago, and there's still no plan for affected auto workers in St. Thomas, Elgin, and London.
