Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take three deep, slow breaths.

Imagine your awareness expanding like the surface of a calm lake.

Let thoughts settle. Let the inner noise fade.

Simply listen — not with your ears alone, but with your whole being.

Whisper softly:
“I open to the unseen. I welcome the subtle whispers of Light.”
