This little device allows you to connect your laptop or other Thunderbolt 3/4 or USB-C enabled device to one ot two external monitors at a maximum resolution of up to 3840x2160@60Hz. It will simultaneously charge your device at PD 95W.

In the box, I received the adapter itself, plus a well written and easy to follow Quick Start Guide. Build quality seems fine. The adapter is made from what appears to be aluminium alloy with a heavy duty braided hard wired USB-C cable.

Looking at the adapter, we see on one end the 20 cm USB-C cable with next to it the USB-C 100w power in port. On the other end are the two HDMI ports.

Using it could not be simpler - connect the USB-C cable to a Firewire or USB-C port on your laptop, connect one or two monitors to the HDMI ports and a USB-C power supply to the USB-C port on the adapter. You can then configure the way the monitors are used with the Settings controls of the laptop operating system.

The way the external monitors can be used varies according to the operating system of your laptop or connected device. Windows computers give the best results, allowing the laptop and the two monitors each to have different screens - ABC. Macs can display two separate screens but the two external screens must be mirrored -ABB. Both Macs and PCs can mirror the laptop screen on the two external monitors. - AAA. - and show one external screen, separate or mirrored - AB or AA. With an external 100w power supply connected to the USB-C port, the adapter can also charge connected devices at PD 95W.

That really is it. This is a simple plug and play device, no drivers or software needed. Just plug it into your laptop and enjoy one or two external monitors, it really all depends on the power and capabilities of your laptop.

Well made, simple to use and easy to set up, for less than £20 it has to be a great buy.
