Series Recap — The Cross & Resurrection

Today’s video wraps up our entire Cross & Resurrection series — and what a powerful two weeks it has been. We walked slowly through the love of God, the purpose of the cross, the hope of the resurrection, and the new life we now live in Christ.

Here are the truths we revisited today:

📌 God proved His love at the cross
Even while we were sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
He didn’t wait for us to clean ourselves up — His love reached down into our mess.

📌 The cross accomplished everything
Our debt was canceled, our guilt removed, and our enemy disarmed (Colossians 2:13–15).
By His wounds we are healed (1 Peter 2:24).

📌 The resurrection gives us hope beyond the grave
Jesus rose from the dead — and the Spirit who raised Him lives in us (Romans 8:11).
Death lost its sting. The grave lost its victory.

📌 We are called to walk in newness of life
We died to sin and now live to God (Romans 6:1–14).
We set our minds on things above (Colossians 3:1–4) and live with eternal purpose.

📌 The resurrection restores what we thought was gone
Our identity, hope, confidence, and calling come alive in Christ.

📌 Worship is our natural response
He is worthy — worthy of our praise, our surrender, and our whole hearts (Revelation 5:9–14).

This series wasn’t just information.
It was transformation.

Jesus didn’t just die for the world —
He died for us.
For you.
For me.

And because He lives, we live differently.
