Half on half off TV sound

After being told by a forensic person that TV and something is being used to target me I wanted to help prove this and or prove what I've been saying all along that they are transmitting through the Grid and or Coax cable lines. Meaning through sound that's already being transmitted with cable and or other means, at levels bellow normal hearing ranges they are transmitting sounds that piggy back the regular and normal sounds the help mask over our ambient sounds.
