Pumpkin Pecan Tassies include Pumpkin and Spice in addition to the traditional Pecan Pie flavor of this Tassie!
Pumpkin Pecan Tassie Recipe makes 32 Tassies
2 Pie Crusts rolled out to 13 inches and cut into 32 rounds
Pumpkin Filling:
3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
3 Tablespoons Half and Half or Heavy Cream
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
Dash of Allspice, Cloves, or Nutmeg
Pecan Topping:
1 TBSP melted Butter, I use Salted Butter
1/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
Bake Tassies at 375F for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let Tassies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to completely cool.
