Vehicles Keep Crashing at Same Intersection -- Bad Drivers or Bad Intersection?

The Jonesboro Police Department put out footage showing vehicles repeatedly crashing into each other in separate incidents at the same intersection. Allegedly 12 vehicles were rear-ended in the past year at the same spot.
