Pulling the bearings from a Metabo WE 9-125 Quick angle grinder

How I removed the rotor (armature) and other bearings from the Metabo WE 9-125 Quick angle grinder.

Bearing dimensions

Front rotor bearing:
8 x 22 x 7 mm

Rear rotor bearing:
6 x 19 x 6 mm

The plastic assembly - Metabo says:
No longer available, no replacement

- Probably MoS2 or a similar EP grease.
Grease I have that could fit, probably:
LIQUI MOLY LM 47 Long-Term Grease + MoS2
