Sometimes we write stories for children…
but we’re really whispering to the parts of adults that never felt safe enough to feel.
Wynnie teaches little ones that emotions aren’t “too much” —
they’re messages.
Movements.
Soft truths asking to be heard.
And somewhere inside every parent, teacher, or caregiver
there’s a younger version of themselves
still waiting for someone to say:
“You don’t have to hide anymore.
You’re allowed to feel everything.”
This song, this story, this tiny mouse with a glowing leaf…
it’s for the kids we love
and the children we used to be.
If it reaches even one heart today —
child or grown-up —
then Wynnie has done her job beautifully.
