I was set to wire funds so I could install an RV pad and enjoy pond-front (THIS is NOT a lake !) chill time.

ALWAYS do your due diligence and avoid buying "Site Unseen" BECAUSE something **might** look great on satellite imagery, street views AND county sites that show layers and "suggest" feasibility.

YES !! List price IS an indicator, in most cases, but there's enough BS out there, nowadays, that should lead you to be vigilant in your decisions, ESPECIALLY when it comes to purchasing real estate.
