Hatter & The Sage mix up a holiday cocktail

Peppermint Bark Old-Fashioned
2oz Bourbon of choice (we suggest a "wheater")
1/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1/4 oz Creme de Cacao (with caramel color)
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Rim glass (lowball or OF glass) with simple syrup and crushed Brach's peppermint
• Mix ingredients over ice and shake
• Pour over whiskey cube
• Garnish with Brach's Candy Cane, Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
