How many times have YOU heard of that?
Yeah… me neither. 😂

But today, we’re trying something new.
I invited 5 potential tenants to come check out this rental property —
kind of like a buyer open house,
but instead of offers…
I’m hoping someone just pays rent on time. 😭🤣

Will all 5 show up?
Will 2 show up?
Will NONE show up and I’m just standing here alone like a confused realtor?
Who knows.

The goal today:
👉 Get eyes on the property
👉 Meet potential renters face-to-face
👉 Answer questions
👉 And hopefully get ONE solid application out of it

Because in property management,
you try EVERYTHING
to get your homeowners paid
and your properties occupied.

It’s new.
It’s different.
It’s chaotic.
It might not work…
BUT WE’RE DOING IT ANYWAY.
