SHOULD A PM GET PAID WHEN THE PROPERTY IS VACANT? 🤔🔥 LET’S FIGHT.

🔥 I have a VERY specific question today… and I want your honest opinion.
This one is GUARANTEED to trigger a debate. 😅👇

👉 Should a Property Manager still get paid a management fee when the property is vacant?

Think about it:
Managers still…
✔️ Market the property
✔️ Take photos
✔️ Answer calls
✔️ Respond to inquiries
✔️ Show the house
✔️ Screen tenants
✔️ Coordinate repairs
✔️ Handle HOA violations
✔️ Check on the vacant home
✔️ Prep for move-in
✔️ Protect the asset
✔️ AND deal with ALL the chaos

BUT…
There’s no rent coming in yet.
So some homeowners say:
“Why should I pay anything if I’m not getting rent?”

Here’s the reality:
📌 Property Managers still work full-time on the home
📌 The workload actually increases while the home is vacant
📌 Marketing + showings + maintenance = active management
📌 Vacancy is part of the cycle — not a break

But I want to know what YOU think.
Should PMs get paid while a property is empty?
YES or NO?
