NOVEMBER 20th, 2025: In part 4 of this Session on the use of LAWFARE against January 6th defendants, MARC BRU describes the failure of DC judges and prosecutors to recuse themselves, reveal their connections to potential conflicts of interests, grant changes of Venue or allow constitutional protections to be used as defense in DC Courtrooms. Bending the rules when it favors the DOJ, colluding with Public Defenders, Brady violations and more; it's evident from Testimony and filed affidavits and exhibits that something is amiss in DC's Article 3 Courts. Created by the Constitution, the Judges are bound to Oaths of Office to defend and protect the constitution, which they seemingly spit upon in DC Courtrooms according to provided testimonies so far!
