Electromagnetic Weather Modification

Kathryn “MellowKat” Saari speaks with The Way Forward’s host Alec Zec, concerning an undercover investigation she was involved in, concerning a weather experiment happening in Colorado.

MellowKat explains that she called a woman who was listed on a new weather modification contract in the NOAA library. She was a woman out of Colorado doing a weather experiment that was way beyond “cloud ionizers”, which is now considered old tech. The woman says she is essentially using particle accelerators, or cyclotrons. She is working with the aerospace industry to develop this new tech. Her funding is coming from multiple sources, such as the U.S.Treasury. She stated to MellowKat “the tech is going to be used for good” and is fully connected to the World Economic Forum and the United Nations. She has a military background and comes from a military family. The most shocking statement she said to MellowKat- “We could put a blizzard on top on someone’s house for weeks at a time.” 😳😱 Is that the “used for good” she mentioned? 🤔
