Covid: The Aftermath

We are not by any measure over the disaster of Covid, although our Governments have tried to bury their crimes, if not the hatchet.

Many of these crimes have been discussed over the past 5 years; some we missed through the fog of war, the barrage of propaganda and unrelenting censorship on a scale never before seen. This was an incredibly well organised assault by Governments on their citizens, supported by many corrupt enablers and foot soldiers who received benefits they will not see again..until the next Pandemic.

The perpetrators failed in some respects - they failed to introduce vaccine passports and the shot and its boosters have been rejected.

However no-one has been punished for criminal behaviour or negligence - quite the opposite. They have also learned just how far they can push populations to submit to authoritarian controls and how to further bolster their misinformation and disinformation networks on social media, mainstream media and now alternative media.

We talk to our panel today about some of the lessons they have learned and how we might weather the current and next assault. Perhaps another pandemic wont be necessary such is our apathy?

Ursula Edgington is a qualified and experienced educationalist and adult tutor. Her specialist areas are psychosocial elements of adult learning and critical thinking skills. Ursula completed her PhD in adult education in England and is the author and editor of two academic books and numerous chapters, peer-reviewed articles and other texts focused on innovative student-centred learning. She completed a Masters in Legal Studies in 2022, majoring in Environmental Law - knowledge that supports her voluntary activism. Dr Mark Hobart's case developments.

Dr Mark Hobart graduated from medicine in 1981. He had been a GP in Nth Sunshine, Victoria since 1985 until the Medical Board of Victoria suspended Mark in Nov 2021. Mark was suspended and his practice closed for writing medical exemptions for patients for the Covid19 vaccinations. Mark had successfully treated Covid19 patients during both outbreaks in Melbourne and was quite concerned about the welfare of the elderly and the reliance on lockdowns in managing Covid19.
