Note: Regarding the 1999 Academy Awards nominations going on in my opinion, I wish "Ever After: A Cinderella Story" have been nominated for Best Picture; Best Actress: Drew Barrymore; Best Supporting Actress: Anjelica Huston; Best Art Direction; Best Screenplay; Best Score and Best Director, Andy Tennant. Exactly how Ebert feel about "Dark City" and "Pleasantville" and Siskel on "Babe: Pig in the City". Shame, they overlooked most of them but that's how the Oscars are!

On this special edition, Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert on their final program where each of them selected their choices for nominations at the Oscars to see where Academy members can vote on their agreements.

Best Actress: Annabella Sciorra in "What Dreams May Come"
Best Supporting Actress: Ashley Judd in "Simon Birch"
Best Art Direction & Visual Effects: John Myhre for "Elizabeth"
&
