You either see a light source from the onset, or you don’t see it at all.

The reason you see a light source, is because it is powerful enough to be detected. If it isn’t powerful enough for you to see when it first switches on because you are out of range, you will forever be out of range. It will NOT travel towards. That’s a ridiculous illogical thought.
