Battlefield 6 - PTFO vs K/D: The Objective Problem

I have been noticing Battlefield 6 players are ignoring objectives, avoiding flags, and treating Conquest like TDM.
This video goes into my opinions about this and starts a conversation as to why PTFO collapsed in the game.
I touch upon this player behavior, map design, XP incentives, cultural drift — and what practical fixes DICE could implement.
